Who is Blue?
Blue is a digital face of water knowledge in Arizona. It's a helpful, approachable, trustworthy avatar designed to guide you - specially the residents of Arizona through vital resources with ease. Built with empathy and clarity, Blue transforms complex water related information into simple, human-centered conversations. It's not just a chatbot, it's our virtual water companion
PROBLEM
The previous version of the AZ Water chatbot was ineffective in delivering clear, accurate, and user-friendly information. Users often encountered broken flows, limited functionality, and confusing responses. This hindered access to vital water-related resources. A complete redesign was needed to improve usability, accessibility, and overall conversational experience.
